The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all phases of upstream oil and gas projects from planning and design through execution, commissioning, and close-out. The role involves ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining compliance with HSE and quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and stakeholders, and provide strategic direction to achieve project objectives efficiently and safely.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Registered Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in upstream oil and gas projects, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager in upstream operations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in project planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of upstream engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
  • Familiar with project management frameworks, cost control, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills under challenging conditions.
