Event Management Intern

Day-to-day Exposure

Gain hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing various events. Responsibilities include assisting in vendor management, liaising with internal teams, managing event logistics, and supporting on-site operations to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing education in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of event planning principles (e.g., budgeting, scheduling, logistics).
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (FB, X, IG, GMB, etc.) for event promotion.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced situations.
  • Must be able to work at Salak Tinggi (Salak Perdana), Sepang.
