- Applying industry best practice planning and scheduling methodologies to identify and address project risks, constraints and opportunities.
- Preparing, maintaining, and analysing complex schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6, supported by clear reporting outputs tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and alignment of project information.
- Providing timely and accurate updates to senior team members to support progress reporting and decision-making.
- Supporting team members in identifying process improvements and value-add opportunities to enhance efficiency in planning and reporting.
- Demonstrating accuracy and quality in the preparation of documents and deliverables, ensuring all work meets required standards.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of project schedules, including baseline creation, progress updates and performance analysis.
