Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Data Analyst located in Kuala Lumpur. The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of analyzing data, creating data models, and communicating results to stakeholders. The role will involve working closely with SMEs and Singaporeans looking for jobs and opportunities to identify trends and develop insights to help Bridge better match job seekers with employers.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Data Analytics
  • Statistics and Data Modeling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data analyses to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with SQL and Python
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience working in the recruitment or human resources industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with Singapore's and Malaysian job market is a plus
