Location: Ara Damansara (walking distance from Ara Damansara LRT Station)

Position: Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

Employment Type: 2 years contract (renewable basis)

Work Schedule

· working days per week, including weekends and public holidays

· working hours per day (with 1.5 hours of scheduled breaks)

· Rotational shifts ensure variety and work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer inquiries via phone calls in Mandarin and English

· Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

· Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery

· Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

· 通过电话以华语和英语处理客户咨询

· 提供准确的信息并高效解决客户问题
