Administrative - Pickleball Court

Job Descriptions:
· Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
· Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
· Maintain and organize office records, documents, and databases accurately and efficiently.
· Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other related documentation.
· Support procurement of office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
· Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when required.
· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal staff on administrative matters.
· Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and claims submission when necessary.
· Support HR or finance functions such as attendance tracking, staff claims, or petty cash handling (if applicable).
· Ensure the office environment is well-organized and conducive for daily operations.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
- STPM/Diploma/Degree in any relevant field (Fresh grads encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Know how to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Sharp eye for detail, excellent organization, strong communication for professional follow-ups.
- Independent, deadline-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
