  • To manage all accounting transaction and ensure all invoices and expenses need to take up into General Ledger account for daily operation including classifying, journal posting and data uploading.
  • To reconcile with Account Receivable and to ensure all Sales billing has been fully invoice, collection being taken up and Official receipt been issue.
  • To reconcile with Account Payable and to ensure all supplier invoices is taken up into system and payment has posted.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all the company bank account and to maintain good record of accounting entries and to ensure accounts are up to date.
  • Responsible and perform month and year end account closing and to manage system financial Statement can be generate in time.
  • To compile information for the tax agent, external and internal auditor's inquiries in the Accounting and financial related matters.
  • To return twice a month on the Sales tax and Monthly Service Tax to the Custom Department.
  • To return the Monthly statistic form to the Statistic Department.
  • To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, or MIA membership is an advantage).
  • Preferably minimum 3–5 years of experience in full set accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to meet deadlines.
