Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing top-notch client services. The Client Servicing Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, solving problems, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities include effective communication with clients, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery aligned with client expectations.

  • Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and active listening abilities
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and problem-solving
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with property marketing and digital design technologies is a plus
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
