Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or order fulfillment.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with accuracy in mathematical computations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision; organized and punctual.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of sales and restock store accordingly.
  • Provide timely reports such as stock checks, stock movement, and stock value.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation to maintain inventory control.
  • Suggest and contribute to store improvement and modernization efforts.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies; report to Accounts for replacement and documentation.
  • Rotate stock and coordinate disposal of surplus items.
  • Replenish supply inventories following company guidelines.
  • Manage the store layout effectively.
  • Implement goods receipt and issue procedures.
  • Comply strictly with fire prevention and safety regulations.
  • Ensure goods maintain reasonable minimum inventory levels.
  • Liaise with logistics coordinators such as City-Link, DHL, Ninja, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
