About the role

Negeri Roadstone Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position is crucial in overseeing the successful completion of our construction projects, ensuring they adhere to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  • To understand contract drawings, bill of quantities and specification in the scope of works assisgned.

  • To ensure construction material and work quality comply with specification.

  • To ensure that construction work complied with construction drawings and specification.

  • To monitor and record all workers, material, machinery, plant and equipment used for the works.

  • To report to the Senior Operation Manager or Project Engineer any problems arises during the works.

  • To monitor wastages, cost of works and the safety of works.

  • Fill in diary site record and request for inspection form.

What we're looking for

  • At least Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or Building.

  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

  • Computer literate.

  • Able to work under pressure.
