Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure the efficient and safe completion of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, report on potential delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and enforce adherence to construction plans and designs.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager, engineers, and other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate site records and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted timely.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and industry regulations, especially in plumbing.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field is an advantage.
