Front Office Assistant

- Forefront of customer services
- To greet guests in every encounter especially during check in and check out
- To ensure all guest's satisfaction are met over the facilities and meal experience by providing efficient and quality service which will enhance the Suasana Suites reputation for excellence services
- Answer telephone calls from guests and be ready to provide information and assistance when necessary
- Handle guest complaints professionally and to escalate to next level when not able to assist with authority
- Assist in all areas relating to guest services and be on duty as and when required
- Ensure excellent service and prompt attention with all customers
- Taking customers order should the need arise example transport (Taxi/Grab car etc.), Restaurant or flight.
- Maintain cleanliness of workplace at all time
- Performs any other duties when required from time to time as assigned by Manager.
- Responsible for the smooth operation Front Office section and to enforce highest service quality standard and ensuring overall customer
- Good product knowledge of Hotel products, promotion and surrounding to enhance guest experiences.
- To attend training provided from time to time to enhance productivity and working skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
