岗位职责 (Responsibilities)

● Develop and maintain customer relationships, expand new clients and market opportunities.

● Provide technical solutions and quotations based on customer requirements.

● Follow up sales process, participate in negotiations, and achieve sales targets.

● 建立并维护客户关系,拓展新客户及市场机会。

● 根据客户需求提供技术方案与报价。

● 跟进销售流程,参与谈判,并达成销售目标。


任职要求 (Requirements)

● Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Civil & Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent with at least 1-2 years working experience; those without relevant diploma/degree but with 3-4 years working experience in similar industries are encourage to apply as well

● Experience and knowledge in renovation or construction industries and project management will be an added advantage

● Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills

● Fast learner, customer-oriented and proactive attitude are essential qualities

● Must have computer knowledge

● Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley

● 至少持有土木工程或机械工程相关文凭/学位,或同等资格,并具备至少1-2年相关工作经验;若无相关学历但拥有3-4年相关行业经验者亦欢迎申请。

● 具备装修、建筑行业或项目管理经验与知识者优先考虑。

● 具备清晰、有条理的表达能力及优秀的沟通技巧。

● 必须具备快速学习能力、以客户为导向及积极主动的工作态度。

● 必须具备基本电脑知识。

● 必须自备交通工具,并愿意在巴生谷(Klang Valley)范围内出差。
