Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Retail Handling Equipment Department, covering products such as shopping trolleys, shopping baskets, platform trolleys, industrial containers, entrance systems, plastic pallets, and other supermarket handling equipment.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, and expanding our market presence within the retail, supermarket, FMCG, and distribution sectors.

1. Sales Strategy & Growth

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Identify new business opportunities in retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and distribution channels.

· Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

2. Customer Relationship Management

· Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential customers.

· Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

· Handle customer inquiries, quotations, tenders, and proposals professionally and promptly.

3. Product & Project Management

· Oversee product portfolio performance and introduce new products to the market.

· Work closely with purchasing (suppliers x) and corporate partners on pricing, product specifications, and promotions.

· Manage project-based sales (e.g., new store openings, supermarket refurbishments).

4. Reporting & Administration

· Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, competitor analysis, and action plans.

· Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company SOPs and pricing guidelines.

· 专业、及时地处理客户询问、报价、投标及方案。


3. 产品与项目管理

· 监督产品组合表现,并推动新产品导入市场。

· 与 采购部(供应商X) 及合作伙伴紧密合作,协调价格、产品规格及促销策略。

· 管理项目型销售(如新店开业、超市改造、设备更换等)。


4. 报告与行政管理

· 准备每周/每月销售报告、预测分析、竞争对手分析及行动计划。

· 确保所有销售活动符合公司标准操作流程(SOP)及价格方针。
