We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven background in B2B sales. If you're passionate about leading teams, building client relationships, and driving business growth — this is your next big opportunity

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to develop team capability

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals
  • Set sales forecasts, track performance, and refine approaches based on results

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners
  • Act as the main liaison for high-value clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration

Negotiation & Closing

  • Oversee major contract negotiations to secure profitable business deals
  • Support team members in complex negotiations to ensure successful closings

Market Analysis & Business Development

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market changes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the health supplement and cosmetic markets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Product teams to align sales activities with company goals
  • Provide market feedback to support product development and customer experience initiatives
What We're Looking For:

· Diploma/Degree in Nutritional Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Dietetics, or a related field

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership or managerial role (health supplements or cosmetics preferred)

· Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving business growth targets

· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

· Strong understanding of B2B sales and account management principles

· Highly motivated, strategic, and able to perform under pressure

· Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients)

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
