Requirements

  • 1-5 years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales (SaaS, HR Tech, MarTech, or AdTech preferred)
  • Know how to run gap analysis and extract Desired Business Outcomes (DBOs).
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes and speak ROI fluently.
  • Demo confidence and possess consultative mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating stakeholder maps and multi-threaded deals with multiple people.
  • Track record of building business cases and value hypotheses that converted into closed deals.
  • You've run POCs with defined success plans.
  • Experience selling into enterprise B2B or mid-market accounts in Malaysia or SEA.

Responsibility

  • Run deep discovery sessions with enterprise, mid-market, and SME clients across Malaysia.
  • Map their as-is hiring workflows: where candidates drop off, where time-to-hire bleeds, where their employer brand falls flat.
  • Extract the real Critical Business Issues (CBIs).
  • Qualify opportunities and build your stakeholder map.
  • Design to-be state solutions tailored to each client's hiring ecosystem.
  • Employer branding microsites (candidate experience, brand differentiation).
  • Screening tools & AI matching (reduce screening time, improve quality-of-hire).
  • Analytics dashboards (funnel visibility, source attribution, time-to-value metrics).
  • API integrations with ATS/HRMS systems.
  • Job ads (AI & ROI modelling).
  • Build storyboards and use-case scenarios that moves demo to next stage.
  • Show how our platform fits into their existing framework & co-exist.
  • Leverage market data and talent pool benchmarking to create proof points that stand up in steering committees.
  • Define clear success criteria and exit criteria for pilots.
  • Build adoption frameworks (crawl-walk-run).
  • Conduct Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate progress and value.
  • Partner with account manager to seed the relationship, grow ARR over time.
