About The Role
As a Technical Application Specialist (ERP INFOR) in our brand-new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in implementing, managing, and optimizing the ERP systems. As a skilled and analytical ERP Technical Consultant, you will work closely with internal user to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes to identify areas where ERP systems can improve efficiency.
• Design, configure, and implement customized ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the ERP system effectively.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ERP system users.
• Monitor and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with end users and other IT professionals to update and upgrade the ERP system.
• Document all aspects of the ERP system implementation process for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements.
• Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends.

Skills
Infor LN Development Tools:

• 4GL (Fourth Generation Language)
• DAL2 (Data Access Layer)
• Tools for Report Design (BIRT, or LN Report Writer)

Infor LN Application Experience

• 3 - 4 years of proven experience as an ERP Technical Consultant or similar role, preferrable Infor LN)
• Strong understanding of key LN modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement)
• Experience customizing LN functionalities (tables, sessions, menus, forms)
• Knowledge of LN version(s) you're using (e.g., BAAN, 10.5, or LN CE)
