- Invoicing and payments: Preparing and issuing invoices, processing payments, and handling collections and payments to vendors.
- Record-keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized financial records and performing filing tasks.
- Reconciliation: Assisting with tasks like bank reconciliation and monthly suspense account handling.
- Reporting: Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Other duties: Handling tasks like petty cash, processing staff claims, and providing support for other departments like sales or finance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
