Job Description
- Recording financial transactions, updating accounting software, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Preparing invoices and monitoring payments and expenditures.
- Reconciling accounts, such as bank statements, and following up on disputed invoices.
- Handling general administrative tasks and maintaining filing systems.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and aiding in audits.
Requirements
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Willingness to learn
- Work as a team player in a fast paced environment
- Polite, well-mannered with positive working attitude
- Prior experience in law firm and related field is an advantage
- Positive and friendly working culture
- An accounting degree or certification can lead to more advanced positions.
