Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sambut dan ucapkan selamat datang kepada pelawat secara mesra dan profesional.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Jawab dan arahkan panggilan masuk dengan cepat dan tepat.
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Uruskan kawasan kaunter untuk memastikan kebersihan dan kekemasan.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Bantu dalam pelbagai tugas pentadbiran, termasuk kemasukan data, penyusunan fail, dan penyediaan dokumen.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Uruskan mel masuk dan keluar serta bungkusan.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules as needed.
- Koordinasikan temujanji dan mesyuarat, menguruskan jadual mengikut keperluan.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
- Berikan sokongan pentadbiran kepada jabatan lain sekiranya diperlukan.
- Act as a liaison between visitors, clients, and internal staff.
- Bertindak sebagai perantara antara pelawat, pelanggan, dan kakitangan dalaman.
- Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
- Sampaikan mesej dan maklumat dengan tepat dan segera.
- Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, and through email.
- Menjawab pertanyaan secara langsung, melalui telefon, dan melalui emel.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya SPM atau setaraf.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Boleh bertutur dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Mahir dalam Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
