Job Scope
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to support daily operations.
Requirement
- Minimum SPM and above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
