Job Scope

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to support daily operations.

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM and above.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
