Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all showroom visitors and customers, providing a warm, professional, and customer-focused experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including attending to walk-in customers, handling phone calls, responding to online or WhatsApp inquiries, and directing customers to the relevant sales or service or HQ staff.
  • Record and update daily customer traffic, test drive appointments, and enquiry logs; prepare and submit daily walk-in and sales activity reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the professionalism and standards of the showroom.
  • Coordinate vehicle viewing appointments, customer handovers, and updates with the recon and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and coordination of customer follow-ups.
  • Assist with basic payment processing or documentation related to vehicle bookings, down payments, or service transactions (if required).
  • Uphold confidentiality of customer and company information, and maintain consistent professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Must be organized and punctual
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Good communication skills
  • A Diploma qualification or equivalent (SPM with experience can be considered)
  • Able to work on Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
