Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity as a Service Advisor based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. In this role, the Service Advisor will act as the direct link between the customer and service team. Daily tasks include managing customer appointments, understanding customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring aftersales services are performed efficiently and effectively. The individual will also maintain accurate records, handle communication, and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Aftersales operations with the ability to deliver quality service
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in applicable software tools and systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an asset
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications or training are a plus
