About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at MBf EV AUTO SDN BHD. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the servicing of electric vehicles. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle servicing needs
  2. Providing cost estimates and securing customer approval for recommended repairs
  3. Communicating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
  4. Keeping customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the servicing process
  5. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  6. Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele
  7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to vehicle servicing
  8. Collaborating with the broader team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably in the electric vehicle sector
  2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  4. Familiarity with electric vehicle technology and servicing procedures
  5. Proficient in using automotive management software and related tools
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  7. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
