Job Description:

  • Responsible to manage and support the maintenance of IT Infrastructure related equipment, software and configuration to ensure smooth operational process.
  • Provide support for end-users; involve hardware, software, networking, storage, desktop installation.
  • Monitor diagnose and resolve problems with IT system.
  • Conduct analysis to improve IT Infrastructure.
  • Participate in IT Projects to provide the necessary IT Infrastructure services.
  • To support end user IT requirements.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
  • Support user account management, including account creation, updates, and access management in Active Directory and related systems.
  • Help maintain IT documentation and asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, and configurations).
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT support.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud platforms.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
