Job Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

  2. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful business insights.

  3. Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., in Power BI, Tableau) to visualize data and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure reports meet business needs.
  5. Utilize statistical techniques and data algorithms to uncover insights and drive business outcomes.

  6. Data Integration & Transformation Support

  7. Able to perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment to ensure high data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting assets.

  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to efficiently integrate data from multiple sources and systems.
  9. Support the integration of data from multiple sources and systems to create unified datasets for analysis.

  10. IT Operations & End-User Support

  11. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to all end-users for hardware, software, office application and network issues (e.g., desktop, laptop, mobile devices, operating systems, and business applications).

  12. Manage IT hardware and inventory, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and asset tracking.
  13. Assist in network troubleshooting and maintenance of peripheral devices (Printers, Switches, WIFI etc.).
  14. Ensure system and data security standards are maintained and adhered to by end-users.

  15. Documentation, Training, and Collaboration

  16. Document technical specifications, workflows, and procedures for both data processes and IT support protocols.

  17. Assist in training and support for end-users on data analytics tools, new IT solutions, and standard workflows.
  18. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT developers, and senior analysts.
  19. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and prioritize a blended workload.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong IT skills in troubleshooting, hardware, and basic networking (TCP,/IP, Wi-Fi).
  • Hands-on experience in end-user technical support.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
