Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service in line with contractual KPIs.
- Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products/services.
- Prepare accurate documentation and update account notes as required.
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
- Promote additional products or services when appropriate.
- Track and update customer interactions in the system.
- Refer to knowledge bases or senior staff for complex inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma / SPM with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Able to communicate in English and native language.
- Good computer literacy: navigation, typing, and internet skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Patient, professional, and adaptable to change.
- Able to work in rotating shifts.
- Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
