Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya for a Marketing Operations Executive. The Marketing Operations Executive will be responsible for market planning and research, supporting sales, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and optimize marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales operations tasks such as product inquiries (product quotation request and part number creation, etc) and ordering process (product order verification and submission, etc).
  • Prepare and verify costing sheet/profit & loss for services opportunities and sales strategies to ensure competitive advantage in meeting customer needs and ensuring profitable contracts for BSSO.
  • Provide accurate performance report and records to derive insights to adjust the strategies effectively to meet target.
  • Support the sales team on areas and issues related to respective processes (prices/orders/contracts).
  • Maintain database with up-to-date information on all product prices/orders/contracts, etc.
  • Manage contract renewal process (with customer) and follow up with sales team for progress updates regularly.
  • Deal with suppliers to manage new orders/renewals/termination arrangements for products, etc.
  • Support product marketing to deal with suppliers on new/existing product updates and ensure suppliers are compliance with the contractual rules/SLA as per the agreement signed.
  • Manage the process of recurring service/maintenance payments to suppliers.
  • Support product marketing in developing internal processes to succeed the product GTM.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Sales, Legal, Customer Service to ensure smooth ordering, service support process management and improvement.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in Marketing Operations or Administrative background
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant experience in the technology or business innovation sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance an added advantage
