ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and understand HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in preparing interview assessment forms and related documents
  2. Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
  3. Assist in resumes screening and recommending potential candidates to senior for shortlisting
  4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
  5. Follow up with candidates on interview status and onboarding documentation
  6. Generate welcome note for new joiners
  7. Assist in other day-to-day HR functions

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce or a related field, preferably in final year of studies.
  2. Min. internship period of 3 months preferred.
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills (English/Mandarin) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  4. Basic understanding of HR functions is an added advantage.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Fast learner, deadline & result-oriented.
  7. Attention to details & able to handle confidential information with integrity.
