JOB SCOPE:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, tactical marketing programme/ activities planning and executions, and administration of daily operation routines.

  • Work on the conception of new marketing strategies, project positioning, and identify ways to tap into the target market, including constantly adopting innovative marketing tactics, exploring new marketing channels and innovative localised marketing approaches.

  • Drive marketing planning for new project launches, overall project branding strategy, marketing concept and action plan.

  • Review the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategies and marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor KPIs and review the effectiveness of strategies from time to time.

  • Conduct thorough market research (demand analysis, buying behaviour studies, demographic studies, competitive studies, SWOT analysis and other related surveys) to develop in-depth market insights for marketing strategy planning.

  • Budget planning and monitoring, reporting.

  • Attend to department reporting, administrative and ISO related matters.

  • Act as liaison for customers' inquiries on Marketing campaigns and Marketing-related matters.

  • Manage and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners.

  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the  Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exposure in the Property Development and the Real Estate industry is a must.

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience and a proven track record in Sales & Marketing.

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing/real estate/business studies, or a related discipline.

  • Strong understanding of Real Estate marketing practices, sound market knowledge and detailed know-how in marketing & branding implementations.

  • Well-versed with both conventional marketing approaches and implementations, CRM, as well as digital marketing.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Good computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint presentations, and Canva is a must.

  • Pleasant personality with strong multitasking abilities, meticulous, a proactive learning attitude, an open mindset and a good team player.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and timely delivery.

  • Open to travelling and weekend duty, as and when required.

  • Experience in AI and CRM marketing is a plus.

  • Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software is an added advantage.
