1. BAHAGIAN PENTADBIRAN: -
a) Menyediakan surat menyurat (peringatan, amaran, tunjuk sebab & lain-lain berkaitan Jabatan Operasi di semua projek Kerajaan).
b) Menyediakan surat perlantikan pengawal Keselamatan untuk semua projek berkaitan Kerajaan
c) Membuat permohonan tapisan keselamatan pengawal (Vetting KDN) untuk semua pengawal di semua projek Kerajaan
d) Menguruskan hal berkaitan permohonan Kursus CSG untuk pengawal di semua Projek Kerajaan.
e) Menguruskan permohonan & membuat claim HRDF berkaitan Pengawal di semua Projek Kerajaan.
f) Menguruskan hal berkaitan perlaksanaan bon & jaminan insurans untuk projek yang berkaitan.
g) Penglibatan secara langsung dalam menguruskan dokumentasi ISO 9001: 2015 di Jabatan Operasi
h) Membantu dalam menguruskan permohonan pembaharuan lessen KDN & PIKM.
i) Menyediakan fail peribadi semua pengawal keselamatan di semua projek kerajaan.
j) Mengemaskini & menyimpan rekod cuti-cuti pengawal keselamatan.
k) Memastikan time sheet & master roster disediakan pada setiap bulan tanpa gagal.
l) Menyediakan dokumen gaji untuk pengawal keselamatan di semua projek.
m) Menghantar laporan harian
n) Filling
2. TENDER
a) Bertangungjawab untuk menguruskan tender-tender kerajaan.
b) Menyemak tawaran tender kawalan keselamatan di sistem E-Perolehan (EP), speed seneggo, Tender2U, SAP Ariba, Tender Selangor dan lain-lain.
c) Merekod setiap tawaran tender yang berkaitan untuk seluruh Malaysia.
d) Menyediakan laporan mingguan aktiviti tender
e) Memastikan ada pegawai yang akan hadir ke taklimat tender.
f) Memastikan laporan lawatan tapak di hantar oleh pegawai bertugas setelah selesai lawatan tapak.
g) Menyediakan dokumen setiap permohonan tender
h) Memantau tarikh luput sijil MOF & sijil bumiputera
i) Kemaskini fail tender yang telah dibida samada secara fizikal atau maya
j) Menyemak status tender yang telah dibida samada berjaya atau tidak
k) Menghadiri taklimat tender dan lawatan tapak (Jika perlu).
3. JABATAN AKAUN:
a) Bertanggungjawab menyediakan invois pelanggan setiap bulan
b) Mengemaskini rekod kutipan bil bulanan
c) Memastikan kontrak pelanggan sentiasa dikemaskini
d) Bertanggungjawab untuk menguruskan pendaftaran permohonan factoring bagi projek kerajaan.
e) Memantau lain-lain perkara berkaitan akaun.
KEPERLUAN KOMPETEN/KELAYAKKAN
- Diploma/ljazah Sarjana Muda Minimum
- Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman pengurusan
- Kepimpinan yang kuat, dengan kemahiran analitikal, organisasi dan interpersonal
- Pemahaman yang kuat terhadap amalan pengurusan dan pentadbiran di Malaysia
- Berumur kurang daripada 45 tahun
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam pengurusan tender
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
