Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender submissions for both government and private sector projects.
- Ensure all tender documentation complies with requirements and specifications.
- Maintain an organized record of all upcoming tenders and business proposals.
- Prepare quotations, RFPs (Request for Proposal), and RFQs (Request for Quotation).
- Conduct client presentations and support business development activities.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and project briefings as required.
- Coordinate tender logistics, timelines, and submission planning to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage contracts and related documentation to ensure compliance with project terms and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.
- Strong command of both Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Ariba System is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel for outstation assignments when necessary.
- Experience with e-Perolehan and Tender Direct platforms is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Salary Package : RM2800 (exc incentive)
Working Hours :
- Monday to Friday : 9am-5pm
- Saturday (Alternate) : 9am-1pm
Public Transport Accessible : LRT KL Sentral / Bus Rapid KL / Monorel (KL Sentral) / MRT Muzium Negara
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 per month
