JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Officer to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative operations within our security company. The ideal candidate will handle financial documentation, payroll, and general office coordination, as well as assist with external tasks when needed. This role requires someone organized, reliable, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
-Prepare and manage invoices, claims, and payment records for clients.
-Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial documentation.
-Support general office administration such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
-Perform field duties (site visits, document deliveries, client coordination) as required.
-Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external partners regarding invoicing, payments, and documentation.
-Assist management in ensuring smooth daily operations and timely financial reporting.
REQUIREMENT
-Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or related field). -At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or administrative roles. -Experience in the security services industry will be an added advantage. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel. -Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work under minimal supervision. -Own transport and willingness to travel for work-related duties. -Able to start work immediately is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
