Key Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration, filing, and paperwork
- Assist with inventory records, delivery notes, and simple stock tracking
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations, orders, and document follow-up
- Support daily sales reporting, petty cash claims, and simple finance tasks
- Assist HR with attendance records and basic onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate maintenance requests and operational support for outlets
Requirements
- SPM/Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- 1–2 years of admin experience (retail/F&B experience is a bonus)
- Ability to communicate & write in Mandarin is required for billing & reporting purposes
- Basic MS Office / Google Sheets skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work with fast-moving operations
- Able to communicate clearly with suppliers and outlet teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
