About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team at JS CITYSCAPE SDN. BHD. in Selangor. As our Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of our advertising, marketing and creative services. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our talented in-house team and collaborate with clients across a diverse range of industries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong partnerships and understanding their evolving needs
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results for our clients
  3. Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure the timely and successful completion of all client deliverables
  4. Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries
  5. Collaborate with our creative and production teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
  6. Participate in new business development activities, including client pitches and proposals
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new opportunities to enhance our clients' marketing efforts

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or client services role within an advertising, marketing or creative agency
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering successful marketing campaigns
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
  4. Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  5. Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Thorough understanding of the advertising, marketing and creative industries, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
  7. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field is preferred
