Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and proactive
Key Account Management team member
to join our fast-growing Live Commerce and E-Commerce division in Kuala Lumpur. This is a
full-time, on-site role
that involves daily tasks related to client servicing, live commerce execution, and platform management.

The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations and deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day communication with brand clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional correspondence.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain a smooth and positive working relationship.
  • Understand client goals and assist in developing strategies to drive growth on e-commerce and live commerce platforms.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to support business opportunities and campaign planning.
  • Foster and maintain collaborative, positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Platform & Operational Support

  • Provide backend platform support and assist with store and campaign configurations on
    TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
    .
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, operations, and live commerce teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Support the preparation and tracking of campaign performance metrics, helping to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Engagement & Live Commerce

  • Respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, offering accurate information about products and the brand.
  • Assist live hosts with pre-show preparation including
    studio setup, product organization, and technical checks
    .
  • Actively participate in scheduled live streaming sessions to support smooth execution.
  • Host live streaming sessions where required, introducing, promoting, and demonstrating products while engaging the audience to drive sales.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve live commerce engagement and effectiveness.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Support post-campaign reporting and performance reviews for clients.
  • Contribute ideas to optimize marketing strategies based on platform data and consumer insights.
  • Participate in internal discussions to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in account management, sales, or marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage.

  • Comfortable and confident on camera, with a vibrant and engaging personality.
  • Willingness to work in a professional live studio environment.
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset, able to brainstorm new ideas.
  • A proactive team player, ready to take on challenges and contribute to team success.
  • Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.
  • Required languages: English and Malay. Mandarin is an advantage.
