About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Manager who can oversee Human

Resources, Administration, and basic Accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for tech and non-tech positions.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.

  • Lead performance management processes.

  • Provide HR advisory and manage employee relations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records.

  • Coordinate training, engagement programs, and retention efforts.

  • Ensure HR compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

  • Support payroll processes.

Administration

  • Oversee general office operations and facility management.

  • Manage vendors, maintenance, and safety compliance.

  • Handle licenses, insurance, and government submissions.

  • Organize events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Lead the admin team.

  • Implement cost-control measures.

Basic Accounting & Finance Support

  • Assist in preparing monthly expense reports and budgeting.

  • Coordinate invoice processing, petty cash, and payments.

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks and verify vendor invoices.

  • Monitor staff claims and reimbursements.

  • Assist in preparing financial summaries.

  • Support audit-related document preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years HR & Admin experience, with 2 years managerial.

  • Basic accounting knowledge.

  • Strong understanding of Malaysian Labour Law.

  • Experience in recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Proficient in office tools and HR systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with accounting software.

  • Experience in tech or multinational environments.

  • Familiarity with payroll systems and HR analytics.
