The Client

Our client is a leading regional player in the consumer goods industry, recognised for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering high-quality products. They are currently seeking a strategic insights professional to drive market intelligence and support go-to-market planning.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Comes with at least 5 years of experience in market research, customer insights, or strategic planning.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or fieldwork is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Nielsen.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather customer and market insights.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform business decisions.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and develop dashboards to support planning.
  • Define customer segments, channels, and positioning to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and launch campaigns.
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders and foster a data-driven culture.
