Job Summary

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office to ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest-centric experience. This role supervises the Front Office team, manages guest interactions, resolves issues, and ensures that all hotel standards and procedures are consistently upheld. The Assistant Front Office Manager also assists with staffing, training, scheduling, performance management, and inter-departmental coordination. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service are essential to succeed in this role.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience, including supervisory or duty manager responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in a hotel environment is required; luxury hotel experience is an added advantage.
  • Supervise daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and overall guest flow.
  • Train, coach, and motivate Front Office associates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee room allocation, VIP arrangements, and special requests.
  • Handle guest escalations and ensure timely service recovery.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in staff scheduling, rostering, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM66, RM70,000.00 per year
