Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a
Data Entry Admin
, Mandarin Speaking. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases, and
assisting with administrative tasks
. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The role also includes maintaining communication with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining
    data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies.
  • Generate reports and perform data audits as needed.
  • Good Communication and Collaboration skills with
    different departments.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, with excellent data entry speed, accuracy and organizational skills.
