Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to support our commercial and project teams.

This role will handle quotation preparation, partner coordination, and project cashflow tracking, as well as assist in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents for customers.

· Coordinate with vendors and partners for pricing, product information, and delivery schedules.

· Assist in business development by engaging new partners and customers, and supporting sales initiatives.

· Develop and maintain local supplier resources to support project and procurement needs.

· Track project progress, invoicing, and payment status.

· Support sales and project teams in documentation, procurement, and reporting.

· Liaise with internal departments (finance, technical, procurement) to ensure smooth project delivery.

· Maintain and organize all project and quotation records

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

· 2–3 years of working experience in sales coordination, commercial, or project administration (ICT industry preferred).

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and business documentation.

· Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

· Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
