About the role

This is a full-time Project Coordinator position based in Kuala Lumpur with ENGINEERING PLUS PMC SDN. BHD. As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects within the Information & Communication Technology and Programme & Project Management domains. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the strategic objectives of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  2. Providing regular status updates to project stakeholders and escalating any issues or risks in a timely manner
  3. Assisting with the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation
  4. Supporting the procurement of project resources and services
  5. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional project teams
  6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery
  7. Providing administrative support to the project management team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Trello
  5. Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices
  6. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
