BQS Customer Service Executive Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Compiling, Generation and Submission of final reports to QC for vetting, and to clients after vetting
- Filing Hard copies & archives once a week in SG office
- Managing BQS Mailbox
- Monthly submission of summary for clients & office staff
- ETA updates, Cost updates in Salesforce
- Monitor Expiry Dates for Surveyor Equipment & Passes
- Monthly or Bi-monthly updating of Surveyor's Equipment Distribution
- Generate Purchase Requisition/Order as required
- Sorting Surveyor Site Reports & Save them in Common Cloud Drive
- Coordination with Fuel Team
- Taking minutes for meetings
- Maintain Quotation Summary
- Support Audit Trail Documentation
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent (relevance to the Marine-related would be advantageous)
- Experience in handling Customer Queries
- Familiar with MS Office and Canva
- Service-oriented with a strong customer focus
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and a hands-on, positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and meticulous working style
Other Details:
- Training will be provided - (MEIMS, BSOL, Salesforce)
