Key responsibilities :

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the insurance sales team
  • Prepare, update & maintain reports using MS Excel
  • Coordinate effectively with bancassurance partners, branches & internal teams
  • Handle documentation, data entry and insurance application submissions
  • Assist in system-related tasks and escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely follow-up on all tasks
  • Support preparation of sales materials, slides and updates

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must)
  • Preferably
    1–2 years' experience in bancassurance sales support or system support
  • Detail-oriented, organized & able to work in a fast-paced environment
