Human Resource Executive (Recruiter) – HIM Wellness

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports for recruitment activities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple vacancies at once.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.

Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Mengurus keseluruhan proses pengambilan pekerja: carian, saringan, temu duga, dan kemasukan.
  • Merancang serta melaksanakan strategi pengambilan yang berkesan untuk menarik calon berkualiti.
  • Bekerjasama dengan pengurus pengambilan untuk memahami keperluan tenaga kerja.
  • Menyediakan rekod, pemantauan, dan laporan yang tepat mengenai aktiviti pengambilan.
  • Memastikan pengalaman calon yang positif dan profesional.

Kelayakan

  • Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau setaraf.
  • Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam pengambilan atau sumber manusia.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Teliti, teratur, dan mampu mengurus pelbagai jawatan serentak.
  • Proaktif, berdaya usaha dan berorientasikan hasil.
