We are looking for Account Receivables (AR) Executive to work with us.

We prefer individuals who are passionate in accounting and finance and highly independent.

You must have good communication skills, willing to improve themselves, able to multi-task under pressure and can work well in a team.

Job description:

  • Manage the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, including invoice issuance, billing, collection, and receipt recording.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment.
  • Handle panel billing management, including verification of supporting documents, and follow-up with panel for approval and payment.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of receipts (bank, cash, e-wallets, online payment gateways).
  • Review and verify supporting documents for invoices (treatment details, visit logs, DOs, contracts, PO numbers, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly AR aging reports and highlight long-outstanding accounts.
  • Liaise with internal departments (front desk, operations, doctors, finance) to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Manage e-Invois requirements for AR, including generating, validating, submitting invoices/credit notes to MyInvois, and ensuring compliance with LHDN guidelines.
  • Handle customer and panel enquiries on billing, statements, and payment status.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts in accounting software.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and audit requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accounting
  • 1–3 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable or healthcare billing is preferred.
  • Experience working with clinic panel / Thirt-Party Administrator (TPA) systems is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with SQL accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
