Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment reconciliation, and collections.
  2. Reconcile customer payments received through multiple channels, including e-wallets, cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
  3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment records, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  4. Generate and send out invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
  5. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to facilitate timely collections.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to address customer billing inquiries and resolve payment issues.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and streamline accounts receivable operations.
  8. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection efforts.
  9. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to accounts receivable management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in accounts receivable or finance roles, preferably in the retail industry.
  3. Proficiency in reconciling payments received through various channels, including e-wallets, cash, and credit cards.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
  8. Knowledge of retail industry practices and regulations related to accounts receivable is a plus.
