Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Menara Prudential, Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur (Nearby MRT TRX station)

Employment Type: Permanent / 1 Year Contract

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8.30 am till 5.30 pm

Salary: Up to RM3,800 based on related experiences

Job Description:


• Answer inbound calls to support customers' inquiries for Singapore's products & services.

• No sales are required.

Requirements


• Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration or any equivalent.

• Scored a minimum B for English and Math for SPM.

• Minimum 1-3 years in inbound contact centre experience is preferred.

• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.

• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

• Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions.
