Job

We are hiring a talented
Back-end App Support (Python)
professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for backend systems, ensuring
    high availability, stability, and timely issue resolution
    .
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve backend issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in developing features and new products.
  • Develop solutions according to specified business requirements.
  • Define and write technical specifications, including the appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
  • Demonstrate and present implementations to team leaders, heads, and the CTO.
  • Implement
    Unit and Integration Tests
    .
  • Ensure software meets all requirements of
    quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility
    .
  • Participate in code reviews, identifying anti‐patterns and refactoring opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by their superior from time to time.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • BSc in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Python
    for backend troubleshooting and support.
  • Experience with
    SQL and NoSQL databases
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    software and application architecture
    , especially
    microservices
    and
    service-oriented architecture (SOA)
    .
  • Experience with
    Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes
    .
  • Understanding of
    web security standards and best practices
    .

Good-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of
    PHP
    .
  • Familiarity with
    RabbitMQ, Kafka
    , or similar messaging systems.
  • Exposure to
    containerization and orchestration tools
    (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm).
  • Experience implementing
    Unit and Integration Tests
    .
  • A technical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
