What would you do?


• To support the registration in systems upon agreement completion across all sectors and channels


• To perform data entry work


• Monitor and update service requests to ensure alignment with agreements, standards, policies, and procedures


• Escalate issues and discrepancies to relevant internal or external stakeholders promptly for resolution


• Update commission settings in system based on confirmations from business units and Finance


• Monitoring of recycled batch through the system and tracker


• Maintain and communicate updated master listings to internal stakeholders

Who should join us?


•Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business / Marketing / Administration / Management


•Proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Words, Excel, and PowerPoint


• Pro-Active & creative


• Fast Leaner


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
